Exploring New Tourism
Landmarks for Vietnam
Cities around the world are remembered through the landmarks that define them.
Recognizing Vietnam's growing tourism potential, Gwangju Family Land is exploring opportunities to introduce internationally proven Ferris wheel destinations into Vietnam.
The initial vision considers two potential destinations — Ho Chi Minh City and Da Lat.
As the local development partner, TOUCH is facilitating discussions between the investor, government agencies and local businesses to identify suitable locations and evaluate future collaboration opportunities.
At this stage, the project remains under feasibility study and site exploration.

A Vision Beyond
an Observation Wheel
A landmark is never only about architecture. It becomes part of a city's identity, creating new experiences, strengthening tourism and contributing to long-term economic vitality.
The vision is to develop a destination that respects local culture while introducing a world-class attraction to Vietnam.

A Destination That Connects
Tourism, Culture & Investment
If developed, a landmark of this scale could offer the following characteristics, based on internationally proven Ferris wheel destinations.
An aesthetic wire-type wheel design that elevates the surrounding cityscape.
A towering silhouette offering sweeping panoramic views of the city and its surroundings.
Premium multi-passenger cabins designed for comfort and an immersive ride experience.
A continuous, unhurried rotation letting every visitor enjoy the view at their own pace.

Site Selection
Principles
Suitable locations will be evaluated based on several criteria:
Proximity to the city center and existing visitor flow.
Integration with surrounding roads, transit and public infrastructure.
Proximity to existing attractions and visitor destinations.
Compatibility with the surrounding natural and urban landscape.
Alignment with local environmental and planning conditions.
Fit within each city's broader tourism development strategy.
In Da Lat, locations such as the Ho Xuan Huong Lake area are being studied as one example that reflects these principles — among other sites still under consideration.
