The G2 Management Building at Hưng Ngân Riverside is conceived not merely as a sales office, but as a destination experience — a place where customers are introduced to the lifestyle, architecture, and values of the development while completing their transactions in a memorable, refined environment.
Neo-Classical
Meets Mediterranean
Two architectural approaches were explored for the project. Neo-Classical — grand arched windows, symmetrical massing, refined stone detailing — conveys luxury, professionalism, and a prestige lifestyle. Mediterranean — lighter, more relaxed — suits the open welcoming and garden café zones with its warmth and greenery.
Three Blocks,
One Composition
The building is organised into three distinct functional volumes — Office Block, Main Block, and Café & Open Space Block — arranged along a symmetrical axis to create balance, visual impact, and a clear sense of arrival. Each block has its own character while contributing to the overall harmony of the facade.
Three Zones,
Three Experiences
The interior is structured around three key experiential zones — each designed with its own palette, mood, and spatial language, unified by the Neo-Classical architectural identity throughout.
Soaring double-height ceiling, arched focal wall, intricate floor patterns. Warm stone tones with gold accents — a powerful first impression.
Dynamic and elegant — light neutral tones, refined wood joinery. Professional yet welcoming for sales transactions and client meetings.
Mediterranean lightness — lush greenery, cool tones, open glass. A relaxed community space that complements the building's formal volumes.
