Overview

A Royal Legacy
Preserved

Built between 1933 and 1943, Dinh III served as the summer retreat of King Bảo Đại and his family. This restoration project breathes new life into the estate while honouring its Art Deco heritage — transforming a piece of Vietnamese royal history into a world-class tourism destination for generations to come.

Master Plan

Three Zones,
One Estate

The 134,408 m² estate is organised into three distinct zones, each contributing a different layer to the complete visitor experience — from the restored mansion at the heart of the estate, to the ceremonial garden pathways, to an intimate trail through history named after the princesses of King Bảo Đại's court.
