The 134,408 m² estate is organised into three distinct zones, each contributing a different layer to the complete visitor experience — from the restored mansion at the heart of the estate, to the ceremonial garden pathways, to an intimate trail through history named after the princesses of King Bảo Đại's court.

High-tech LED lighting systems, 3D mapping displays, and holographic installations bring the estate to life after dark — transforming the gardens, pathways, and mansion facade into an immersive nocturnal experience that extends the visitor journey well beyond daylight hours.
