The First Seed
in the Heart of Đà Lạt
Hoa Màu is more than just a café — it is the first seed of the Đà Lạt Art Village dream. A place where artists meet, ideas bloom, and kindred souls harmonize together. Built from the renovation of an old house belonging to the people of ancient Đà Lạt, this space will blend a cozy café with distinctive pastry flavors, an ideas centre where artists come to connect, and a meeting point for souls united by art.

An Old House
Awaits Its Rebirth
Hoa Màu — a name that carries within it the gentle essence of Đà Lạt and the vitality of fresh ideas. This will be the first "seedling," created through the renovation of an old house. Start with a small café renovation, but build a step-by-step action plan to quickly evolve into a community and cultural platform.

Café · Design Studio
& Creative Incubator
Three core programs operate under one roof: a café with rotating seasonal pastries; a Design Showcase & Ideation Hub for Đà Lạt products; and a Creative Incubator nurturing ideas for the broader Đà Lạt Art Village project.

From Seed
to Forest
The development of Hoa Màu follows four organic phases — each building on the last, growing from a single renovated café into a fully-realised Đà Lạt Art Village.
Plant the Seed
Building renovation, café & small art space. Brand identity, logo, space concept, menu design. Organize small exhibitions and performances with local artists.
First Sprout
Regular art workshops, mini concerts, book talks. Small art market with handmade products and local brands. Build online community awareness.
Expand & Connect
Art Walk development with nearby artisan spots. Launch Hoa Màu goods & co-products. Artist Residency Program — invite external artists.
Art Village
Connect surroundings into a cultural cluster. Cultural tourism products — themed tours, fests, workshops. International partnerships and collaborations.

An Old Warehouse
Reimagined
The ground floor is reorganised into 12 zones — from a front yard waiting space and display zone, through café seating and kitchen, to an Ondol experience room, back yard garden, takeaway kiosk, and cavana. The existing structure is preserved and renovated with minimal intervention.

Before the
Transformation
The existing building — an old house in the heart of Đà Lạt — holds the character and memory of the city within its walls. The renovation approach respects this heritage while breathing new life into every corner.
