A Royal
Legacy Preserved

Built between 1933 and 1943, Dinh III served as the summer retreat of King Bao Dai and his family. This restoration project breathes new life into the estate while honouring its Art Deco heritage.

  • Restore and preserve historical heritage of national significance
  • Install high-tech LED lighting, 3D mapping & hologram displays
  • Improve parking infrastructure and surrounding kiosks
  • Research and document historical restoration methods
  • Upgrade visitor amenities for a world-class experience

Three Distinct Zones

01
Zone 1
Main Mansion

Restoration of the main building in faithful adherence to its original late Art Deco design language, as applied in the 1930s.

02

Paved pathways linking all areas of the estate, featuring golden trees adorned with nacre from Kiên Giang. LED-lit flower gardens line the ceremonial downhill walkway.

03
Zone 3
Lover's Trail

A series of intimate pocket spaces along a scenic walking trail — each named after princes and princesses of King Bao Dai's court.

A Jewel in the Dark

Thousands of LED lights and coloured trees transform the estate at night into one of Đà Lạt's most iconic spectacles — a must-see destination and enduring symbol of the city.

F&B resting spaces are integrated along the downhill walkway to serve up to 700 visitors at peak time — connecting the flat garden, the LED garden, and the hillside panorama.
